Payment & Reservation Guarantee
Direct reservations made via urbaluxury.in generate an immediate stay reference ID code. Payments may be settled online or upon arrival. All direct tariffs are transparent with zero platform commissions.
Check-In Formalities & Identity Verification
Standard check-in begins at 2:00 PM; check-out is strictly by 12:00 PM (Noon). Standard maximum occupancy is 3 adults; a 4th guest is accommodated with an automated Extra Bed Surcharge. In compliance with local Goa hospitality regulations, all adult occupants must present a valid government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) upon arrival.
House Rules, Balcony Smoking & Visitor Guidelines
Urba Luxury is situated at Nova Cidade Enclave, Lane 2, Porvorim (behind PDA Colony). We observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
• Balcony & Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly restricted to the open-air private balconies only. No smoking inside the air-conditioned room suites.
• Visitor Policy: Outside visitors are permitted in the living area but are not allowed for overnight stays unless registered at the front desk with valid ID proof.
